We build structure, mindset, habits and from this you see the weight loss you've been trying to achieve and maintain. This is not affirmations you write on the window but real, tangible, actionable steps you take so that you never have to start over again.

I also help women with hormone issues, thyroid issues, gut health issues and functional health issues that lead to weight loss resistance. If you feel like you put in the work and nothing happens, or you feel dismissed or ignored by the doctors. This isn't medical advice, this doesn't replace western medicine but we do dig into root causes and what might be causing weight loss resistance and plateaus that are hard to break out of.

This is not another cookie cutter plan.

This is not some generic plan that all my clients get a copy of. Each of my clients is on their own path, own journey and has their own set of obstacles. I spend 1:1 time with you to come up with YOUR plan. And it evolves as you do.

This is true coaching, not just a system to follow.

I’m Kriss.

I work at the intersection of fitness, nutrition, functional health, and behavior change - helping people who are self-aware, capable, and tired of circling the same phase without real forward movement.

I’m especially interested in hormones, physiology, and how stress shapes behavior over time - not as trends, but as systems that respond to what’s consistently required of them. I work extensively though hormones, adrenals, auto-immune, and gut health and how they impact weight loss, performance and physique.
