We live in a world full of weight loss advice, supplement sales, fitness influencers, AI - we have an abundance of information at our fingertips.
It is not hard to find a diet, workout program or supplement online that promises changes...
And yet, if you are here, nothing has worked.
Why I do What I do...
My 1:1 coaching program is NOT another workout program, app or cookie cutter diet that promises quick results with no follow through.
After years of fitness and nutrition coaching clients I was able to find the missing piece of why changes don't seem to be permanent in this space.
Women actually spend 17 years, on average, dieting...
So if dieting worked, shouldn't we all be where we want to be?
I became an expert in supporting hormones, gut health, adrenal health and the entire biological systems - thinking that was the missing link. And while it has a great impact on weight loss, especially for women, that still wasn't it.
In order to further serve my clients, I enrolled at Liberty University in their Behavioral Sciences program, specifically, Psychology.
The more I applied what I learned to my life, and to my clients, I had finally found the key that was missing in all of the online fitness programs I saw...
Capacity.
Capacity is how much life you can hold without falling apart.
It’s your ability to train, work, rest, regulate your emotions, make decisions, and follow through - without burning out or shutting down.
Capacity is about mindset shifts, stress regulation, mental health mitigation.
It’s about being able to do what matters, consistently, even when we don't feel Iike it.

Here's what's often actually happening
At some point, life happens and fitness and health get put on the back burner.
Whether it's a new career, school, children, family or any other aspect, our health, habits and lifestyle often max our our capacity to put effort into ourselves.
And this leads to a feeling of burn-out.
In order to lose weight or achieve fitness goals, we have to add more into our already busy days. And when done without capacity building, it leads to further burn-out and psychological stress.
So we feel that we need more rest. Most recovery
But..
Recovery stops being restorative.
Not because you did something wrong -
but because the body and the mind adapt to what's required of them.
Without structure, standards, and expectation, progress stalls.
Rest alone doesn't rebuild capacity for change.
And pressure alone usually ends in bun-out.
What moves things forward is learning how to integrate both.
This isn't about pushing hard and "no days off" until you hit a wall. This is also not about taking rest days "because you feel like it."

I work through nutrition, exercise, movement, daily habits, patters, mindset and more. This is much, much more than a body transformation.
This is the program that encompasses it all, top to bottom and I use my education and extensive knowledge in nutrition, fitness, hormones, gut health, adrenal burnout, cortisol patters and psychology and mindset to create a program, not just a new fad or challenge.

I coach from a background rooted in functional health, fitness, and behavior change, with a strong emphasis on physiology, regulation, and systems thinking.
The goal isn't intensity, quick-fixing, all-or-nothing or any other broken solutions from the past.
This is build for people who are high achievers, who aren't afraid of work and putting in effort to finally lose that weight, to finally achieve that dream body, to finally re-build self-confidence and then maintain those results through the habits and lifestyle built here at Iron Creed.

To be clear, I do not:

- Soften standards to maintain comfort
- Provide constant reassurance
- Replace personal responsibility with protocols
That's not because I lack compassion.
It's because those things don't build capacity in your life.
