Coaching

If you've tried everything and still feel stuck...

You're not broken.
You're not lazy.
And you're not failing.

Most people who find their way here are disciplined, intelligent, and deeply self-aware. They've done the labs. The protocols. The rest. The reflection.

And yet - something still isn't moving.

That doesn't mean you need more healing, or more work.
It usually means you've outgrown the phase you're in.

Capacity is how much life you can hold without falling apart.

It’s your ability to train, work, rest, regulate your emotions, make decisions, and follow through - without burning out or shutting down.

Capacity isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being able to do what matters, consistently.

Here's what's often actually happening

At some point, recovery stops being restorative
and quietly becomes a holding pattern.

Not because you did something wrong -
but because the body and the mind adapt to what's required of them.

Without structure, standards, and expectation, progress stalls.

Rest alone doesn't rebuild capacity for change.
And pressure alone usually ends in bun-out.

What moves things forward is learning how to integrate both

If you feel like you are either working too hard, but nothing is happening or feel like you are broken in some capacity.

This is for you.

How I approach this work

My coaching is built around capacity-building, not quick fixes.

That means:

  • Responsibility without shame
  • Structure without rigidity
  • Rest that supports execution - not avoidance
  • Clear standards, honest feedback, and sustainable follow-through

This isn't motivation.
And it isn't passive healing.

It's regulated effort, applied consistently, so progress actually sticks.

I work through nutrition, exercise, movement, daily habits, patters, mindset and more. This is much, much more than a body transformation.

This is the program that encompasses it all, top to bottom.

Who this work is for

This space is for people who:

  • Know they're capable of more than their current life reflects
  • Are done circling the same "healing" phase
  • Are done feeling like they are working endlessly with no results
  • Want structure, feedback, and clarity
  • Are willing to feel some discomfort to build something sustainable
  • Are done with yo-yo and fad quick fixes

You don't need to be perfect.

But you do need to be willing.

Continue if you're ready.

Who this work is not for

This is not for:

  • Quick fixes
  • Constant reassurance or external motivation
  • Avoidance framed as healing
  • Anyone looking to be rescued instead of coached

There's no judgment here - just clarity.

About the work

I coach from a background rooted in functional health, fitness, and behavior change, with a strong emphasis on physiology, regulation, and systems thinking.

The goal isn't intensity.
It's capacity.

Enough to rest when you need to.
Enough to step up when it counts.

To truly bring a method...to the madness.

The next step

If this resonates, you can learn more about how I work and what coaching together actually looks like.

This isn't about convincing you.
It's about helping you decide - clearly.

How I Work

This is not a program built around motivation, aesthetics, or quick fixes.

It's a coaching container designed to help capable women move forward - with structure, responsibility, and long-term sustainability.

Before anything else, it's important you understand how I approach the work.

The foundation

I coach from the belief that meaningful change requires:

  • Clear standards
  • Honest feedback
  • Consistent execution
  • And a nervous system that is regulated enough to handle responsibility

Progress doesn't come from pushing endlessly.
And it doesn't come from resting indefinitely.

It comes from learning how to apply effort appropriately - over time.

What this coaching prioritizes

My work centers on capacity-building, not constant optimization.

That means we focus on:

  • Structure that supports follow-through
  • Responsibility without shame
  • Rest as strategic recovery, not avoidance
  • Systems that hold even when motivation is low
  • Custom programs built for you, and your goals

This can be slow, and deliberate work at times.
But it's designed to last.

What coaching with me looks like

Coaching is:

  • Structured and intentional
  • Grounded in physiology, behavior, and systems thinking
  • Focused on execution, not just insight
  • Aimed to equip you for life

You can expect:

  • Clear expectations
  • Direct communication
  • Thoughtful feedback
  • A long-term lens
  • Systems to support your success

This is not passive support.
This is not hand-holding or cheer-leading.

This is a partnership of execution.

Your role in the work

This container works best when you:

  • Take responsibility for your decisions
  • Show up consistently, even when it's uncomfortable
  • Are open to reflection without defensiveness
  • Are willing to build discipline gradually, not force it
  • Are willing to try and be open to new actions

You don't need to have everything figured out.

But you do need to be honest about where you are, and willing to move.

Continue if you're ready.

What I don't do

To be clear, I do not:

  • Rescue
  • Chase motivation
  • Soften standards to maintain comfort
  • Provide constant reassurance
  • Replace personal responsibility with protocols

That's not because I lack compassion.

It's because those things don't build capacity in your life.

Who tends to do well here

Women who thrive in this work are often:

  • High-functioning but internally exhausted
  • Self-aware, but stuck in overthinking
  • Disciplined in some areas, inconsistent in others
  • Ready to stop circling and start integrating

They're not looking for another phase.
They're looking for forward movement.

This is so much more than just fitness coaching.

What comes next

If you're still here, the next step is to decide - without urgency - whether this approach fits where you are right now.

You don't need to rush.
You don't need to convince yourself.

Clarity is enough.

Continue when you're ready.

Coach Kristen

Nutrition & Fitness

I’m Kriss.

I work at the intersection of fitness, nutrition, functional health, and behavior change - helping women who are self-aware, capable, and tired of circling the same phase without real forward movement.

I’m especially interested in hormones, physiology, and how stress shapes behavior over time - not as trends, but as systems that respond to what’s consistently required of them.

Coaching here is structured, honest, and long-term.

The goal isn’t intensity. It’s capacity.
